What are you building and what are your expectations?????? I have lumber for concrete forms and lumber for executive desks.
I typically charge a $2.25 per board foot for the kiln dry number one grade. There are prices above that for very select material. There are prices close to zero as well. I would love to list a specific price sheet and with time I will. For now, expect to call and ask….”How much for some lumber.”
